I had been having a lot of issues in finding psychiatric services over the last few years for myself. Waitlists were incredibly long, or the provider didn't accept my insurance, or they weren't willing to take over my medications. My PCP put in referral with LifeStance Health and I wish I had found them sooner. The initial call takes longer than you'd expect, but not in a bad way. They go over exactly what you're looking for, what insurance you have, and what your referral is for. They then do all the legwork in finding a provider who matches your needs. They even set up the first appointment for you once a provider is found. My initial call was about 40 minutes, but it was because they kept me on the phone while they messaged the provider for clarification on a few things. I would recommend LifeStance Health to anyone as they offer a huge variety services; medication-based services, CBT, DBT, talk therapy and even specialized services such as TMF, and Ketamine infusions. The Reynoldsburg office is across the street from Mount Carmel East, and is quite easy to get to by freeway or by side roads. The waiting room was clean and airy, the staff were all very nice, and the provider I saw, Dr. Wallstrum PhD, is phenomenal. She takes the time to listen to you, she doesn't jump to conclusions, and is responsible with medications being prescribed. I have a very complicated health history and she took everything into account without making me feel rushed. She also does a great job at explaining what she does, and why. My previous psychiatrist left me a bit traumatized and I fully admit that I was braced for more of the same with LifeStance Health. Thankfully, they have proved to me that there are providers out there who not only care about their patients, but who are willing to go that extra mile in ensuring their comfort.

We weren’t sure what to expect when we were recommended a mental health therapist for our loved one. We never had experience with a therapist before but were thankful. We can honestly say LifeStance is extremely lucky to have Darra Marcus apart of their team. She is truly amazing and we are thankful for all she has done to help support our loved one. Not only was she flexible with our schedule and worked with us so we can have meetings at 6pm to work with our work days but she is a miracle worker! We get emotional and tearful just thinking about how thankful we are for everything she has done for our daughter. She connected with our daughter right away and helped her become more comfortable with this process. Dara provided our love one with the tools she needs to be setup for continued success. We love that she is not only there for our daughter during the sessions but she also provides take home flyers that our daughter can utilize in addition to the feedback during the sessions that have helped her tremendously. It’s unfortunate that bullying happens and that unfortunately our daughter had gotten bullied :( . Thanks to the amazing support of Dara our loved one has the tools she needs to not allow the bullies to impact her like they did in the past and be setup for continued success. We also love that Dara connects with us ( parents) to check in and also provided our love one with additional tools/ feedback on internet safety. She is amazing! She helped our daughter so much and we are forever thankful. We give her a 10 out of 10 rating and highly recommend her.

I had my first appointment today with Dr. Haley Fletcher, it was really nice to talk to her. I feel like after I've talked to her there was a feeling of release inside of me almost like a feeling of being set free. I have a long ways to go, but it was just the idea of her listening to what was troubling me. It really makes a difference for someone to be there to just hear you out. She made me feel very comfortable to share what was on my heart. She listened and asked the right questions, that was very helpful for me to be able to answer. It gave me a feeling of peace to be able to express myself on how I feel. She's a trustworthy person to talk to. There's a calmness I feel from Dr. Fletcher which makes it very easy to talk to her. I know in the coming sessions I will meet all my goals because Dr. Fletcher will give me some good guidance. Thank you!

My experience with life stance has been very positive and nothing short of amazing. Beth Tjoland is the best! She has been such an inspiration to me. She makes sure that I feel comfortable she gives relatable references and gives me the confidence to make my own decisions about what I want to do and how to do it. She genuinely cares about my life and she shows it . I will continue my journey with consistency and hope because she reminds me that there is something in the journey for me….finding ME again !! Thanks Beth for all you do!! You are amazing!!

Everything including scheduling was available online . Information concerning the professionals and services rendered are also included making choices easier . My very first in person experience was with Debbie Sherman and she was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable. Debbie also made things concerning, policy, expectations and goals clear . She’s also a very good listener:) . I trust her .

I honestly don’t know where I’d be without my LifeStance Therapists. In March will mark 2 years I’ve been seeing a therapist there. My former therapist was amazing & my current Therapist Madeline is phenomenal. Always encouraging my decisions, helping me with everything I’ve been going through! I would highly recommend going through LifeStance for anyone seeking therapy.
