Marissa Robertson, LPCC Marissa Robertson is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio who has been practicing since 2021. She has a Master of Arts, Counselor Education, Clinical Mental Health from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science, Major in Psychology, Minor in Women & Gender Studies from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Marissa offers clients a safe space to heal, grow, and transform into their most authentic self! She has experience working majorly of Women of color and/or young adults through trauma, life transitions, identity and self-esteem, and diagnoses such as anxiety and depression. Marissa approaches counseling using a well-balanced mix of professional approaches including (but not limited to) person-centered, CBT, multicultural and feminist approaches, along with maintaining an environment to build rapport with humor and fun activities. In her free time, Marissa enjoys playing volleyball, weightlifting at the gym, hiking, listening to R&B/rap music, drawing and painting, and hanging out with loved ones!
