Adriana Zuno helps adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors across Ohio navigate life transitions, strengthen relationships, and improve their emotional well-being through compassionate, evidence-based care. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual and couples therapy for those experiencing anxiety, depression, and alcohol and drug use concerns. Her approach is warm, culturally responsive, and collaborative, empowering clients to build insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. Adriana has a strong focus on supporting individuals as they work through complex emotional and behavioral challenges. She utilizes evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness to help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, regulate stress, and improve daily functioning. In addition to anxiety, depression, and substance use concerns, she offers support for relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions, along with additional mental health needs. She is especially committed to creating an affirming and inclusive space for diverse populations, including members of the LGBTQ+ community. Adriana’s work emphasizes emotional safety, authenticity, and empowerment, helping clients feel understood and supported as they explore identity, relationships, and personal growth. She also provides couples counseling to help partners improve communication, deepen understanding, and strengthen connection. Adriana offers services in both English and Spanish, increasing access to high-quality mental health care for a broader community. She believes therapy should be personalized, culturally aware, and accessible to meet each client’s unique needs. She earned her education from Texas State University and the University of Denver and has been practicing since 2021. Outside of her clinical work, Adriana enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, traveling, exploring new cuisines, and being in nature, which reflect her appreciation for connection, curiosity, and balance. Adriana Zuno provides mental health therapy services throughout Ohio at LifeStance Health, offering accessible support for teens, adults, and couples seeking help with anxiety, depression, substance use, and more.
