Alison Reynolds, MSW, LSW,
About Alison Reynolds (She/Her)
Alison Reynolds, LSW, helps individuals in Ohio navigate life’s challenges with a compassionate and supportive approach to mental health care. She provides individual therapy to teens and adults, including those aged 15 through 64, creating a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. Alison works with people managing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and trauma. Whether a client is seeking help for a specific diagnosis or simply going through a difficult life transition, Alison meets each person where they are with empathy and clinical expertise.
Alison is especially passionate about supporting individuals through midlife transitions, grief, and issues related to gender identity. She recognizes that these experiences can bring about intense emotions, uncertainty, or even a questioning of identity. By using evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness, Alison helps clients build resilience, develop healthier thought patterns, and move forward with greater clarity and self-understanding.
In addition to her core specialties, Alison also supports individuals managing OCD, PTSD, and women’s mental health issues. She is committed to serving diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals, and takes a person-centered approach to ensure that every client receives care that respects their unique identity and experiences.
Outside of her work at LifeStance Health, Alison enjoys watching sports, playing volleyball, running, reading, and spending time with her friends, family, and two beloved cats. Her down-to-earth nature and dedication to wellness shine through in the relationships she builds with clients.
