Gina Burdett, LPCC-S, MAC,
About Gina Burdett (She/Her)
Gina Burdett helps adults across Ohio navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, emotional balance, and resilience through compassionate, evidence-based therapy at LifeStance Health. She provides individual and couples therapy for those experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma, creating a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel respected and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.
Gina specializes in anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, offering a personalized approach that meets each client where they are. She integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and EMDR to help individuals process difficult experiences, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and build healthier coping strategies. She also supports clients through additional concerns, including bipolar disorder, grief, midlife transitions, and relationship challenges, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs.
Gina works with a range of individuals, including those on the autism spectrum and first responders, and she is committed to providing inclusive, thoughtful care that recognizes the complexity of each client’s experiences. In couples therapy, she helps partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection, guiding them toward healthier and more fulfilling relationships.
With over a decade of clinical experience since beginning her practice in 2011, Gina brings a steady, empathetic presence to her work. She believes in fostering a nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions openly while developing the skills needed to move forward with confidence.
Outside of her clinical work, Gina enjoys crocheting, knitting, staying active through exercise and walking, and spending quality time with her family—activities that reflect her belief in balance and overall well-being.
