About Helen Harry (She/Her)

Helen Harry is dedicated to helping adults and older adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and evidence-based care. Through individual therapy at LifeStance Health, she supports patients across Ohio who are working through concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, while creating a safe and supportive environment where healing and personal growth can take place.

Helen takes a collaborative and individualized approach to treatment, recognizing that every person’s experiences and goals are unique. She works with adults facing emotional difficulties, major life changes, and periods of uncertainty, helping them build practical skills, increase resilience, and develop healthier ways of coping. Her approach is grounded in proven therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness-based techniques. She also offers support for a variety of additional mental health concerns and life stressors.

Helen has a particular passion for helping individuals navigate alcohol and drug use issues, grief, and significant life transitions. Whether someone is adjusting to a midlife transition, coping with the loss of a loved one, or working toward recovery from substance use challenges, she provides thoughtful guidance and compassionate support tailored to each person’s situation.

Her therapeutic style emphasizes creating a trusting relationship where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She believes meaningful change happens when individuals have the opportunity to explore their experiences in a nonjudgmental space while developing practical tools that promote long-term emotional wellness.

Helen earned her education from Ursuline College and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys thrifting, spending time with her family, taking nature walks, exploring local coffee shops, and viewing and creating art.
