Vickie Neapolitan, MA, MSW, LISW/LCSW,
About Vickie Neapolitan (She/Her)
Vickie Neapolitan helps adults and seniors across Ohio build stability, insight, and meaningful change through compassionate, evidence-based individual therapy at LifeStance Health. With a focus on conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, Vickie partners with clients to navigate life transitions, strengthen coping skills, and improve overall emotional well-being. Vickie incorporates proven approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also offering additional therapeutic techniques tailored to each person’s needs.
A key area of Vickie’s work centers on supporting individuals who are recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital or participating in court-ordered treatment. Vickie is deeply committed to helping these clients re-establish stability, maintain progress, and successfully reintegrate into daily life. With a structured yet empathetic approach, Vickie creates a space where accountability and support work hand in hand to foster resilience and long-term success.
Vickie also brings experience working with diverse populations, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, military/veterans, and individuals with autism spectrum disorders, while offering additional support for a wide range of mental health concerns. Vickie’s approach emphasizes collaboration, respect, and practical skill-building to help clients feel empowered in their healing journey.
With over two decades of experience since beginning clinical practice in 2004, Vickie integrates clinical expertise with a genuine passion for helping others. Outside of sessions, Vickie enjoys home baking and spending time in the great outdoors—whether testing new recipes or exploring lakes and rivers with a fishing rod or dogs close by.
