Maggie Lambert, LPCC,
About Maggie Lambert (She/Her)
Maggie Lambert helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults across Ohio navigate life’s challenges with compassion, practical support, and evidence-based mental health care. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at LifeStance Health, she provides individual and family therapy for those experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. Maggie is committed to creating a welcoming environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful progress.
Maggie has a particular passion for helping children and teens who are struggling with childhood behavior issues, school avoidance, and anxiety. She understands how emotional and behavioral challenges can affect a young person’s success at home, in school, and in relationships. By partnering closely with families, she helps children and adolescents build resilience, develop coping skills, and gain confidence as they work toward their goals.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, personalized, and grounded in proven interventions. Maggie utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. While she frequently works with concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, and depression, she also provides support for a variety of other mental health needs.
Maggie believes that successful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and authenticity. She works with each client to identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and develop practical tools that can be applied in everyday life. Whether a client is facing a recent challenge or managing a long-standing concern, she strives to provide support that is both compassionate and clinically effective.
She earned her education from Ohio University and brings a thoughtful, client-centered perspective to her work. Outside of the therapy office, Maggie enjoys sewing, crafting, and reading. She values spending time with family and friends, playing games, and caring for her animals, activities that help her maintain balance and bring creativity into her life.
