About Alisia Drennan (She/Her)

Alisia Drennan is a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families throughout Oklahoma. She provides compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique challenges, helping them navigate life’s difficulties with resilience and confidence. Alisia works with adults and seniors, addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. She believes in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing effective coping strategies. Alisia is particularly passionate about helping individuals facing reproductive challenges, postpartum depression and anxiety, and midlife transitions. She understands the emotional and psychological toll these experiences can have and offers specialized support to those navigating fertility struggles, perinatal mood disorders, and significant life changes. Through a compassionate and client-centered approach, she helps clients regain balance, process grief, and find hope in the midst of uncertainty. She incorporates a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and couples/marital counseling. Whether working with individuals seeking to manage symptoms of ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, or grief, or supporting couples in strengthening their relationships, she takes a holistic and collaborative approach. Alisia also has experience working with first responders, military personnel, and individuals with adoption or foster care backgrounds, recognizing the unique challenges these populations face. Outside of her practice, Alisia enjoys reading, writing, and music, as well as traveling and spending quality time with her family. Her personal and professional experiences have shaped her compassionate, client-focused approach, ensuring that those she works with feel truly heard and supported.
