About Dannielle Davis-Trauernicht (She/Her)

Helping patients across Oklahoma find stability, healing, and renewed confidence, Dannielle Davis-Trauernicht provides compassionate, individualized mental health care through LifeStance Health. She works with teens and adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and behavioral health concerns, offering a supportive space where patients can explore challenges, build resilience, and develop practical skills for lasting change. Through individual therapy and couples therapy, she partners with patients to create treatment plans that align with their unique goals and experiences. Dannielle specializes in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. She understands that mental health challenges can affect every aspect of life, from relationships and parenting to work and personal well-being. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and mindfulness techniques, she helps patients gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful recovery. She also provides support for additional mental health concerns and life transitions. A particular area of passion for Dannielle is working with individuals who have recently been discharged from a psychiatric hospital. She understands that the transition from inpatient care back to everyday life can feel overwhelming and uncertain. Her goal is to help patients establish stability, maintain progress, develop effective coping strategies, and build a strong foundation for continued healing and long-term mental wellness. Dannielle also has a strong interest in maternal mental health and supports women through reproductive challenges, postpartum depression and anxiety, and significant life transitions. She is committed to helping patients feel understood and empowered during some of life’s most vulnerable and transformative moments. She also works with members of the LGBTQ+ community and first responders, recognizing the unique experiences and stressors these populations may face. Outside of her clinical work, Dannielle enjoys reading, trying new foods, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her family, dogs, and energetic young child. Her personal passion for exploration and connection contributes to the warmth and authenticity she brings to the therapeutic relationship.
