When looking for a therapist I went through my insurance portal and it brought up LifeStance. I wasn't sure what exactly I needed so I tried to find someone who seemed to have experience in several different areas. I booked the appointment online as an in office appointment but when it confirmed it said it was a televisit. I called to make sure I had it set up right and the lady was helpful but booked me for my second visit on a day that the office was closed. When I went in for my consultation, I met with my therapist and he was very nice. He listened. He offered what he thought would be helpful and rescheduled the second visit. All in all I think everything turned out great.

I set my initial appointment by phone and provided details about what type of therapist I needed. They matched me with a therapist out of the Tulsa office (I live in OKC). It ended up being perfect. The telehealth platform works just fine. The therapist they matched me with was exactly what I was looking for. I have continued with her for about a year and feel as if I have made great progress.

I found this therapist and organization on Zoc Docs. So far everything works great. They have an easy booking system via the computer. The therapist I chose and the other therapists I have met have been very cordial and helpful. So far, I am pleased. If you need someone, then I would reach out to them. They have appointments via in-person, and telehealth (like Zoom.)

I was disconnected accidentally before I could book another appointment with Kristine but immediately the girls in the office up front called me and set up my next appointment. They were so efficient and I did not have to worry about trying to contact Kristine or calling the office to make an appointment. It was nice to be cared for so well.
