Healing From Sexual Trauma Group in Tulsa, Oklahoma
This group is designed for individuals seeking emotional and spiritual healing after sexual trauma.
Group Overview:
Together, we’ll create a safe space to learn, grow, and reconnect with hope. Using tools like journaling, guided imagery, creative expression, and faith-based discussion, we’ll work on building:
- Supportive Communities – Share your story and connect with others who understand your journey.
- Trauma-Informed Practices – Learn tools that promote healing and resilience.
- Faith-Based Integration – Reflect on scripture and engage in optional prayer for spiritual renewal.
- Seeking Safety – A practical approach that teaches coping skills to manage trauma and stress without harmful behaviors.
- DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) Skills – Techniques for emotional regulation, mindfulness, and improving relationships.
- SELF Framework – A simple guide focusing on safety, emotions, loss, and future—helping you navigate recovery and growth
Participants: Adults (18+) of any gender who have experienced sexual trauma and open to Biblical references and reflection
Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted
When: In-person on Fridays from 2 to 3 p.m., starting January 9 and ending February 27, 2026
Facilitator:
Letitia Cammon is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma who has been practicing since 2006. She has a BA in Psychology from St. Bonaventure and an MA in Christin Counseling from Oral Roberts University.
