Healthy Relationships & Domestic Abuse Group in Tulsa, Oklahoma
This supportive group is designed to help adults recover from unhealthy relationship patterns, including experiences of domestic abuse.
Group Overview:
Our goal is to create a safe, empowering space where you can learn, grow, and connect. Using guided discussions, journaling, and role play, our group sessions will include:
Trauma-Informed Approach: Practices include:
- Seeking Safety for grounding and coping
- DBT (dialectical behavior therapy) Skills for emotional regulation
- SELF (safety, emotions, loss, future) Framework for building strength and insight
Psychoeducation: Learn practical tools for:
- Emotional regulation
- Self-awareness
- Building healthier relationships
Community Support:
- Reduce feelings of isolation
- Share experiences in a safe, understanding environment
- Empower each other through shared healing
Participants: Adults (18+) of any gender with a history or awareness of unhealthy relationship patterns or domestic abuse
Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted
When: In-person on Fridays from 9 to 10 a.m., starting January 9 and ending February 27, 2026

Letitia Cammon is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma who has been practicing since 2006. She has a BA in Psychology from St. Bonaventure and an MA in Christin Counseling from Oral Roberts University.
