Kimberly Keeter, MSW, LCSW,
About Kimberly Keeter (She/Her)
Kimberly Keeter helps adults, including young adults, midlife adults, and older adults across Oklahoma build resilience, navigate life’s challenges, and improve their emotional well-being through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with LifeStance Health, she creates a supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Kimberly works with individuals and families experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, and other emotional or behavioral health challenges, while also offering support for a range of additional mental health needs. A particular area of passion for Kimberly is helping patients facing later life transitions, midlife transitions, and the emotional impact of medical conditions or chronic health concerns. She understands that significant life changes, health challenges, and shifting personal roles can affect mental wellness in profound ways. Through collaborative therapy, she helps patients develop practical coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and find renewed purpose and balance during times of change. Kimberly utilizes evidence-based approaches tailored to each patient’s unique goals and circumstances. Her therapeutic practice incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while also offering additional treatment approaches when appropriate. She believes that therapy is most effective when it honors each person’s values, experiences, and strengths. With experience supporting adults across different stages of life, Kimberly works with individuals navigating anxiety disorders, depression, grief and loss, substance use concerns, trauma-related experiences, and life adjustments. She values building authentic therapeutic relationships that foster trust, growth, and lasting positive outcomes. Outside of her clinical work, Kimberly enjoys reading, training her new puppy, cooking, gardening, traveling, attending family events, engaging in social justice initiatives, participating in her faith community, entertaining, solving word puzzles, and spending time with friends.
