Passionate about guiding clients through major life transitions, Kristine brings a supportive and empathetic approach to midlife challenges, grief, and postpartum depression or anxiety. Using trauma-focused interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices, she empowers clients to heal, build confidence, and achieve greater balance in life.
