Erin Reilly, MA, LPC,
About Erin Reilly (She/Her)
Erin Reilly helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults throughout Pennsylvania navigate life’s challenges with compassion, resilience, and evidence-based mental health care. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals. Erin strives to create a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult emotions, building coping skills, and working toward lasting personal growth and emotional wellness. Her clinical focus includes the treatment of anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma. Erin understands that mental health concerns can affect every aspect of a person’s life, including relationships, work, school, and overall well-being. She partners with clients to identify patterns that may be contributing to distress while helping them develop practical tools to manage symptoms and create meaningful change. In addition to these focus areas, she supports individuals facing grief and major life transitions. Erin is particularly passionate about helping people work through anxiety, depression, and trauma-related challenges. She recognizes that healing often requires both courage and support, and she is committed to meeting clients where they are in their journey. Through a collaborative therapeutic process, she helps clients better understand their experiences, process difficult emotions, and build confidence in their ability to move forward. Her goal is to help individuals develop greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and resilience. Her therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and parenting skills support when appropriate. Erin believes treatment should be individualized and grounded in evidence-based practices while honoring each client’s strengths and values. She also has experience supporting veterans and military-connected individuals and provides care for a diverse range of mental health needs beyond her primary specialties. Erin earned her education from East Stroudsburg University and Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. She is dedicated to providing thoughtful, client-centered therapy that combines clinical expertise with genuine empathy and respect for each person’s unique story. Outside of her practice, Erin enjoys spending time with horses and horseback riding, especially trail riding and learning about different horses. She also values quality time with her family, maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and discovering local adventures, coffee shops, restaurants, and day-trip destinations. These interests reflect her appreciation for connection, exploration, and overall well-being.
