About Sirpa Cossaboon (She/Her)

Helping adults navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and renewed purpose, Sirpa Cossaboon provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care at LifeStance Health. She serves patients throughout Pennsylvania and works collaboratively with individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. Sirpa believes that meaningful therapy begins with understanding each person’s unique story and creating a safe, respectful environment where healing and growth can take place. Sirpa is particularly passionate about helping individuals who are coping with anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma. She understands how these conditions can affect relationships, self-confidence, daily functioning, and overall well-being. Through a tailored and supportive approach, she helps patients identify patterns that may be holding them back, develop effective coping strategies, and build practical tools for lasting emotional wellness. Her therapeutic style combines warmth, clinical expertise, and a focus on measurable progress. Sirpa utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Mindfulness-based interventions to help patients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In addition to her primary areas of focus, she has experience supporting individuals facing bipolar disorder, grief, couples’ concerns, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, later-life transitions, and other mental health challenges. She also offers psychological testing as part of her comprehensive behavioral health services. Sirpa works with adults across a wide range of life stages, including young adults, working professionals, and older adults. She values creating individualized treatment plans that reflect each person’s goals, strengths, and circumstances. Whether someone is seeking support during a difficult transition, working through relationship concerns, or managing long-standing emotional challenges, she strives to provide care that is both practical and empowering. She earned her education from Grand Canyon University, Immaculata University, and Saddleback College. In addition to English, Sirpa speaks Finnish, allowing her to support a broader range of patients. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices, which reflect her belief in the importance of balance, self-awareness, and holistic well-being.
