Ashley Stewart, MA, LPC,
About Ashley Stewart (She/Her)
Ashley Stewart helps children, adolescents, teens, and young adults develop the skills and confidence needed to navigate emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for patients across Pennsylvania, creating a supportive and collaborative environment where clients can build resilience, strengthen coping strategies, and make meaningful progress toward their goals. Ashley understands that every individualâs experience is unique and tailors treatment to meet each personâs specific needs. Ashley works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and ADHD, while also supporting individuals facing a variety of additional mental health concerns. She is particularly skilled at helping children and teens understand their emotions, improve self-awareness, and develop practical tools for managing challenges at home, in school, and in relationships. Her therapeutic approach emphasizes empowerment, helping clients recognize their strengths while fostering lasting emotional growth. A significant focus of Ashleyâs work is supporting individuals affected by PTSD and trauma. She understands the lasting impact traumatic experiences can have on emotional well-being, relationships, and daily functioning. Through a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, Ashley helps clients process difficult experiences, build a greater sense of safety, and develop healthy coping mechanisms that support long-term healing and recovery. Ashley incorporates evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These approaches help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, improve emotional regulation, develop psychological flexibility, and create positive behavioral changes. She also offers support for additional mental health concerns beyond her primary areas of focus. Ashley earned her education from West Chester University, Delaware County Community College, and Immaculata University. Her training and clinical experience support her commitment to delivering thoughtful, individualized care grounded in proven therapeutic methods. Outside of her practice, Ashley enjoys embroidery, crochet, and reading. These creative and reflective activities help her maintain balance and reinforce the importance of patience, curiosity, and lifelong learning.
