Dr. Mary Aldrich is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who started practicing in 1985. In spring of 2024, she earned her Doctorate of Education in organizational leadership emphasizing behavioral health and published her research in PROQUEST. Additionally, Dr. Aldrich is proud to have served in the United States Air Force as a Reservist for 5 years and counseled servicemembers during deployment and their spouses for a number of years.

Dr Mary Aldrich believes in using a person-centered, strength-based approach to empower all her clients and help them reach their full potential. As a master’s level art therapist who graduated from Drexel University’, she is happy to help individuals pursue their creativity and manage their emotions through the art process.

Dr. Mary Aldrich specializes in work with older adults ages 55 + and adults who are dealing with mid-life transitions, personal loss, the aging process, and dealing with health conditions causing depression or anxiety. I love having therapy at home over video and having the option to go in person if I want. My therapist is really good & nice and is in demand because of it. I've been with her for a few years now and have no complaints. I like that if im on the road in Pennsylvania I can still have my therapy session. (Not actively driving, just not at my house or at the office. Just have to be in the state). Also flexibility if I need to reschedule. Just do it as far in advance as possible so as not to incur a missed appt fee.

Mary was very personable, understanding & offered different solutions to my problems. Booking was first done by LifeStance & I was able to tailor subsequent telemedicine appointments to my schedule with the psychologists & psychiatrist for meds. Highly recommend this service.
