About Meghan Albal (She/Her)

Meghan Albal, LCSW Meghan Albal is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2017. She has an MSW from the University of Pennsylvania. Throughout her experience, Meghan has found herself an asset in providing a safe space for all those she has worked with. Meghan has in-depth knowledge and has completed training in various evidence-based practices including EMDR, PE, TF-CBT, DBT and CBT. She also deeply values a person-centered approach to working with each of her clients to help them reach their fullest potential. Meghan has found that working from a relational approach with elements of cognitive processing and tangible skills has been the most healing for those she has worked with. Meghan strongly believes in autonomy and encouragement when working with clients as they know their lived experience best. In her free time, you can find Meghan doing yoga, any form of a workout, and watching reruns of Survivor.

The receptionist was accommodating and considerate. Very pleasant and her customer service was great. My Counselor was amazing, patient, and provided a calming environment. I'm looking forward to continuing my healing process with her.
