About Katlyn Sodon (She/Her)

Helping teens, adults, and older adults throughout Pennsylvania navigate emotional challenges and life transitions with greater confidence, Katlyn Sodon provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy through LifeStance Health. She offers individual therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also supporting clients facing a variety of additional mental health challenges. Katlyn believes that therapy should be a collaborative process where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes that support long-term well-being. Katlyn works closely with clients who are seeking practical strategies to manage stress, improve emotional regulation, and enhance their overall quality of life. She understands that mental health concerns can affect relationships, work, school, and physical wellness, and she helps clients identify patterns that may be holding them back while building new skills for growth and resilience. Her approach is tailored to each individual’s goals, values, and unique life experiences. Using evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT for Insomnia, and mindfulness-based techniques, Katlyn helps clients develop effective coping skills and healthier thought patterns. She has experience treating ADHD, bipolar disorder, and sleep disorders, while also supporting individuals with additional mental health concerns. Katlyn works with diverse populations, including individuals on the autism spectrum, military veterans, and first responders, recognizing the unique challenges and strengths each person brings to therapy. Katlyn takes a holistic view of mental health, emphasizing the connection between emotional, physical, and environmental well-being. She is committed to creating a supportive therapeutic environment where clients can explore challenges, build self-awareness, and develop practical tools to help them move forward with confidence. Whether someone is navigating a major life transition, recovering from trauma, or managing ongoing mental health symptoms, she strives to provide care that is both compassionate and effective. She earned her education from Reading Area Community College, Cedar Crest College, and Rosemont College. Since beginning her professional practice in 2020, Katlyn has remained dedicated to ongoing learning and delivering high-quality mental health care tailored to the needs of each client. Outside of her clinical work, Katlyn enjoys spending time outdoors and staying connected with nature through kayaking, gardening, and exploring the fascinating world of mycology. She also enjoys reading and is always eager to learn something new or get immersed in a great story.
