Lindsay Wagenhoffer, LCSW,
About Lindsay Wagenhoffer (She/Her)
Lindsay Wagenhoffer helps adults and older adults throughout Pennsylvania navigate emotional challenges, recover from difficult life experiences, and build a stronger sense of well-being. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment where clients can explore concerns, gain insight, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Lindsay is dedicated to helping each person feel understood while working toward meaningful personal growth and improved mental health. Her clinical practice focuses on the treatment of depression, PTSD/trauma, and bipolar disorder. Lindsay understands that mental health conditions can affect every area of life, from relationships and careers to physical health and self-esteem. She partners with clients to identify obstacles, strengthen coping skills, and create realistic strategies that support progress both inside and outside of therapy. In addition to these primary areas of expertise, she offers support for a variety of other emotional and behavioral health concerns. Lindsay is particularly passionate about helping individuals experiencing depression, trauma-related symptoms, and bipolar disorder. She recognizes that healing is rarely a linear process and believes that each person deserves care that is tailored to their unique experiences and goals. By fostering a therapeutic space grounded in trust, empathy, and clinical expertise, she helps clients process difficult experiences, develop resilience, and move toward greater stability and fulfillment. Her treatment approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and parenting skills support when appropriate. Lindsay also works with clients facing concerns such as grief, postpartum depression and anxiety, psychosis, women’s issues, and men’s mental health concerns. She emphasizes evidence-based care while remaining flexible to each client’s individual needs and circumstances. Lindsay earned her degrees from Champlain College and Marywood University. She is committed to ongoing professional growth and to providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care that empowers clients to make sustainable changes in their lives. Outside of her clinical work, Lindsay enjoys music, reading, hiking, and bike riding. These interests help her stay connected to the importance of balance, self-care, and spending time in activities that promote both physical and emotional wellness.
