Michael Miller, LPC, is a skilled therapist who provides compassionate care to individuals, couples, and families throughout Pennsylvania. With a focus on creating a strong, trusting relationship with each client, Michael ensures that every person feels heard, understood, and supported. By building this foundation, he is able to adapt his therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, helping them navigate life’s challenges with confidence. Michael’s goal is to empower clients with practical tools and strategies to create lasting, positive change in their lives. Michael specializes in a variety of mental health concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. He is passionate about helping individuals address the complex dynamics in their lives, whether they are struggling with anxiety, working through grief, or managing ADHD.

Additionally, Michael provides therapy to help individuals navigate midlife transitions, later life transitions, and the challenges that arise from issues like sleep disorders, alcohol or drug use, and gender identity. His therapeutic focus is on providing personalized care that targets each client’s specific needs and goals. One of Michael’s key areas of expertise is trauma-focused therapy. He utilizes evidence-based treatments such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, and Parenting Skills Training to help clients work through past traumas and improve their mental well-being. These interventions are designed to empower clients to build resilience, overcome negative thought patterns, and develop the coping skills necessary to handle life’s difficulties. Michael also offers family and couples therapy, with a particular emphasis on improving relationships and supporting individuals in their efforts to build and maintain healthy, supportive connections.

Outside of his clinical work, Michael enjoys biking, golfing, and spending time outdoors with his dog. He also enjoys puzzles, board games, and other activities that help him relax and unwind.
