About Victoria Chase (She/Her)
Victoria Chase helps adults, working professionals, and older adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, practical support, and evidence-based therapy. Through LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy to patients across Texas, helping them build resilience, gain insight, and create meaningful change. Her clinical approach is centered on developing a strong therapeutic relationship where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their mental health journey. Victoria has experience treating anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also supporting individuals facing life transitions, emotional struggles, and relationship concerns. She utilizes proven therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to help patients develop healthier coping strategies, regulate emotions, and improve overall well-being. In addition to these specialties, she offers support for a variety of other mental health concerns. She is especially passionate about helping individuals manage ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and women’s issues. Victoria understands that these experiences can affect many aspects of daily life, including relationships, work performance, self-esteem, and emotional health. She works collaboratively with patients to identify strengths, address challenges, and develop personalized strategies that support long-term growth and stability. Victoria earned her education from Columbus State University and Mercer University and has built her practice on a commitment to providing thoughtful, individualized care. She believes that therapy should be tailored to each person’s unique goals, experiences, and circumstances, creating a supportive environment where lasting progress can occur. Outside of her professional life, Victoria enjoys birding, swimming, and listening to a wide variety of music. These interests reflect her appreciation for mindfulness, curiosity, and balance, qualities that also inform her therapeutic approach.
