Prentisha Robinson, LPC,
About Prentisha Robinson (She/Her)
Prentisha Robinson helps adults, couples, families, and older adults build stronger emotional well-being, improve relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity. Through LifeStance Health, she provides therapy services to patients throughout Texas, offering compassionate support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Prentisha believes that meaningful change begins with a trusting therapeutic relationship where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to move toward their goals. Her clinical approach is centered on helping patients better understand their experiences while developing practical skills for long-term growth. Prentisha works with individuals facing anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, helping them manage symptoms, strengthen resilience, and create healthier patterns in daily life. She recognizes that emotional struggles can affect every aspect of a person’s well-being and strives to provide personalized care that honors each patient’s unique story. In addition to these areas, she offers support for a variety of other mental health and life concerns. Prentisha is especially passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate midlife transitions, later life transitions, and relationship challenges. Whether someone is adjusting to changes in family dynamics, coping with new stages of life, or working to strengthen communication within a partnership, she provides a supportive environment for growth and healing. Her goal is to help patients gain insight, build confidence, and develop healthier ways of managing life’s complexities. Drawing from evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Couples/Marital Counseling, Prentisha tailors therapy to meet each patient’s needs and goals. She also incorporates additional therapeutic approaches when appropriate and provides individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy services. Outside of her clinical work, Prentisha enjoys working out, creating family videos, singing, dancing, relaxing with massages, and taking family vacations when possible. She loves new experiences, values time spent with loved ones, and believes laughter and joy are important parts of a balanced life.
