About Tiffany Mitchell (She/Her)
Tiffany Mitchell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at LifeStance Health who helps teens, young adults, adults, and seniors navigate emotional challenges, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. Serving patients throughout Texas, she provides individual, couples, and family therapy with a caring, clinically informed approach tailored to each person’s needs. Tiffany supports patients experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, along with additional mental health concerns. She draws from evidence-based and supportive approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, with additional therapeutic interventions available based on each patient’s goals. Tiffany works with teens beginning at age 11 through older adults, creating a supportive environment where patients can develop practical strategies for managing difficult emotions, relationships, and life transitions. Tiffany is especially passionate about helping patients find an approach to therapy that feels relevant to their individual experiences and circumstances. Her broader clinical experience includes concerns such as ADHD, grief, childhood behavior issues, couples’ challenges, postpartum depression and anxiety, and women’s issues. She also provides services including intensive outpatient (IOP), couples therapy, and family therapy when appropriate. Tiffany began practicing in 2021 and completed her education at the University of Houston, The University of Texas at Arlington, and Tarrant County College. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys writing, music, interior design, and learning new things. For Texas patients seeking a compassionate therapist for anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns, Tiffany provides personalized care focused on helping patients move toward greater stability and well-being.
