Ashley Arzate is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who has been practicing since 2022. She has a bachelor’s degree in human services from Moody Bible Institute and a master’s degree in counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. With an integrative approach to counseling, having knowledge in both faith-based counseling and psychology, Ashley is ready to walk with anyone, no matter their religious background.

Through empathy and compassion, and her own life experiences, Ashley loves assisting clients in processing grief, anxiety, and helping them navigate their own life stories. She loves assisting adults in making sense of their life experiences, and also has a passion to work with teens as they grow into young men and women. With Ashley by your side, you’ll gain self-awareness by learning mindfulness and grounding techniques, how to reframe your negative thoughts, cope with and process grief and loss, be compassionate with yourself, how to regulate your emotions, better understand your story, and more! Together, you’ll draw from hope as you aim for healing.

In her spare time, Ashley enjoys sports, reading fiction, crafting and games, watching Marvel movies and shows, spending time with her German Shepherd and husband, and much more. She looks forward to meeting you as you begin your journey today.
