About Mallory Tyree (She/Her)
Mallory Tyree, LCSW, helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors navigate emotional and behavioral challenges with compassionate, individualized therapy. Serving patients throughout Texas at LifeStance Health, she creates a supportive environment where clients can build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional well-being, and work toward meaningful change. Her clinical work includes anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, along with additional mental health concerns. Mallory provides individual therapy tailored to each client’s needs, experiences, and goals. She incorporates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR, while offering additional therapeutic interventions when appropriate. Her approach balances empathy with practical strategies that can help clients better understand patterns, manage difficult emotions, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges. Mallory is particularly experienced in helping clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma. She understands that these concerns can affect relationships, daily routines, school, work, and overall quality of life. Through collaborative therapy, she helps clients explore their experiences at a comfortable pace, develop effective coping tools, and build greater confidence in managing symptoms and moving forward. Mallory works with children and adolescents, including teens, as well as adults and seniors. She also supports clients with additional concerns such as ADHD, childhood behavior issues, grief, bipolar disorder, school avoidance, and life transitions. She began practicing in 2021 and earned her education from The University of Texas at Arlington and the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Outside of her clinical work, Mallory enjoys traveling, trying new foods, listening to podcasts, and hosting friends and family, interests that reflect her appreciation for connection, curiosity, and new experiences.
