Morgan Walker, Therapist

Morgan Walker, LCSW

Morgan Walker, LCSW, helps patients build stability, process difficult experiences, and develop practical skills to improve their mental health. She provides compassionate, evidence-based individual therapy for children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors across Texas through LifeStance Health. Morgan works with individuals navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, supporting patients throughout Texas who are seeking professional mental health care, counseling, and therapy tailored to their needs. Morgan is especially passionate about supporting individuals who have recently been discharged from a psychiatric hospital or who are participating in court-ordered treatment. She understands that these transitions can feel overwhelming and works collaboratively with patients to rebuild structure, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful progress in daily life. Her approach emphasizes safety, accountability, and empowerment while helping patients regain confidence and stability during critical recovery periods. Her clinical practice also focuses on conditions including ADHD, anxiety, and PTSD/trauma, while addressing areas such as depression, grief, and relationship challenges. Morgan incorporates evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to help patients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. She also has experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, first responders, and individuals on the autism spectrum, while offering additional areas of expertise to meet diverse mental health needs. Morgan earned her education from the University of Texas at Arlington and Texas State University–San Marcos and began practicing in 2022. She believes effective therapy blends clinical skill with genuine connection, creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard and respected. Outside of her clinical work, Morgan enjoys reading, camping and hiking, cooking, attending concerts, singing, and volunteering in advocacy efforts that support community wellbeing.
