Jenelle Anderson, LPC,
About Jenelle Anderson (She/Her)
Jenelle Anderson helps teens, adults, older adults, and couples navigate complex emotional, behavioral, and relationship challenges with a thoughtful, evidence-based approach. At LifeStance Health, she provides therapy for patients throughout Texas, offering support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma while creating a safe space for healing, self-discovery, and lasting growth. Jenelle believes meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic partnership built on trust, respect, and collaboration. A particular area of passion for Jenelle’s work includes supporting individuals who have recently been discharged from a psychiatric hospital, are participating in court-ordered treatment, or are navigating current legal matters. She understands that these situations can bring significant stress, uncertainty, and disruption to daily life. Jenelle works closely with patients to promote stability, strengthen coping skills, support treatment goals, and help them move forward with greater confidence and resilience. In addition to these areas of focus, Jenelle has extensive experience helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, and ADHD. She also provides support for couples experiencing relationship challenges and offers care for a wide range of mental health concerns. Her practice serves teens, adults, and seniors, and she has experience working with first responders and military veterans. Jenelle offers additional support for other emotional, behavioral, and life-transition concerns based on each patient’s individual needs. Jenelle utilizes evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Couples/Marital Counseling, while incorporating additional therapeutic approaches when appropriate. She also provides psychological testing as part of her services. Her treatment style is compassionate, practical, and individualized, helping patients develop healthier patterns, improve emotional regulation, and build skills that support long-term well-being. She earned her education from the University of Texas at Austin and Alliant International University, building a strong foundation for her clinical work across diverse patient populations and treatment settings. Outside of her professional life, Jenelle enjoys crafting, scrapbooking, fitness activities, music, home decorating, bowling, and exploring the horror movie genre. These interests reflect her appreciation for creativity, balance, and personal connection. Through LifeStance Health, Jenelle provides mental health services and therapy for patients across Texas. Whether seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, psychiatric recovery, or legal-related treatment needs, she is dedicated to helping patients achieve meaningful progress and improved quality of life.
