Specializes In:
Sarah Stufflebean helps teens, adults, and seniors across Texas find stability, clarity, and renewed hope through comprehensive, evidence-based mental health care. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy, group therapy, family and couples counseling, higher levels of care including IOP and PHP, as well as psychological testing and case management for patients throughout TX. Her approach is both clinically grounded and compassionate, supporting clients as they navigate anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and complex life transitions. Sarah specializes in anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, working with adolescents and teens facing school avoidance, emotional regulation challenges, and identity development. She also supports adults managing ADHD symptoms, bipolar disorder, grief, and midlife transitions. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and faith-based treatment including Christian counseling when desired, she helps clients develop practical coping skills, improve relationships, and strengthen resilience. Psychological testing is available to clarify diagnoses and guide personalized treatment planning. She offers additional specialties tailored to individual needs. She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital and those participating in court ordered treatment. Sarah understands the importance of structured follow-up care during vulnerable periods and focuses on relapse prevention, accountability, and coordinated support. Her goal is to help clients maintain stability, meet legal or clinical requirements, and build sustainable progress in their recovery journey. Sarah also serves members of the LGBTQ+ community, military/veterans, and individuals in adoption or foster care systems. She is able to provide services in American Sign Language, expanding access to inclusive mental health care. Since beginning her practice in 2022, Sarah has remained committed to professional growth and whole-person care. Outside of work, she values time with family and friends, attending church, staying active, reading, enjoying coffee outings, and keeping up with her twin toddlers and two golden retrievers.
