Faith is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is a fresh but experienced provider in a variety of populations and settings. Faith has been providing therapeutic guidance to children and adults in crisis, particularly in the areas of mood and psychotic disorders. Faith also volunteers cross-culturally. She provided graduate level mental health services in the summer of 2014 at Ferdie’s House in Kingston Jamaica. She also understands cultural influences on mental health and advocates regularly among the Jamaican and African community. Faith is trained in both inpatient hospital and outpatient clinic settings as well as court-mandated psychoeducation groups. Faith’s approach focuses on the individual as an active participant in developing therapeutic goals and the therapeutic relationship as the agent for build self-awareness that is necessary for change. Faith graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary with her Master of Art Degree in Biblical Counseling. Faith continues ongoing training and research to maintain up to date, integrative, and holistic approach to mental health.
