Cherylonda Ramzy is fantastic! It's been a journey finding the right medication for me and she has been patient, supportive, and positive through the whole thing! The only reason for 4/5 stars instead of 5/5 is that I have had multiple issues with the billing department. They take quite a while to respond to messages. It's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. There was an issue with my insurance one day, my therapist notified me at my appointment time that we could not have my appointment because of this. Then I was charged a $75 no show fee. I was able to get it back a week later but it was a very frustrating process that shouldn't have happened. Most recently I've spent the last week attempting to contact them (4 phone calls, 2 portal messages) to change my auto-pay payment method. I'm really not sure what to do at this point.

I have had many counselors over the years and this practice is by far my absolute favorite! Gina Little is the best therapist I've ever worked with and actually truly cares about me and my family. I don't feel like I walk in there and just share what's on my mind and time is up. She truly gives valuable insight and feedback on what works and what doesn't work. The booking process is so easy and I love all the reminders so I never miss an appointment. I highly recommend this practice!

BEST experience with Ambeson Ambe! He’s an attentive and relatable NP who really takes the time to listen and explain your options clearly. Every time I visit him, he is positive, realistic, and very personable. I’d recommend him to anyone, and honestly, my experience with LifeStance has been great overall. I was hesitant at first because of the reviews, but I’ve only had great experiences with Ambeson and the front office team, so I plan to keep coming back.

I Loooove my Pychatrist Dr. Ramzy. She gets me and understands me at times better than I do. Today was my very first in office visit. Her office had this wonderful endless peace feel and vibe. I love our virtual appointments but I wouldn’t mind ever going into her office again!😄😄Life Stance & Dr. Ramzy are Heaven’s sent! I am extremely grateful 🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️❤️

Mary Francis was very caring and extremely nice. Professional yet personable. She listened to what I had to say, as well as asking all the right questions. My first visit was virtual. My next visit will be in person. Making the first appointment was easy and she was very helpful. I’m excited to have a place I can be me and develop a long-term, trusting relationship!!!

My experience with CHERYLONDA so far was the best. She allows you to participate in your care. She’s puts your health ahead of everything else and makes recommendations you can give feedback on and addresses your concerns. I look forward to future appointments. She is thorough, and explains everything in a way that you are able to understand.
