Ashley Dye, LPC,
About Ashley Dye (She/Her)
Helping children, teens, adults, and older adults across Texas navigate emotional, behavioral, and life challenges, Ashley Dye provides compassionate individual therapy through LifeStance Health. She works alongside clients to better understand their experiences, build practical coping strategies, and create meaningful change. Whether someone is seeking support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, or major life transitions, Ashley offers a thoughtful and collaborative approach tailored to each person’s needs and goals. Ashley has a particular passion for helping adolescents with ADHD. She understands how attention, organization, impulsivity, and self-esteem challenges can affect success at school, relationships, and daily life. Her work focuses on empowering young people with effective tools and skills that support confidence, resilience, and long-term growth. In addition to ADHD, she provides care for concerns such as anxiety and childhood behavior issues while also offering support for other mental health and emotional wellness needs. Ashley is also especially committed to working with individuals who have been recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital. She recognizes that the transition back to everyday life can feel overwhelming and uncertain. Through a supportive therapeutic relationship, she helps clients maintain stability, strengthen coping skills, and continue progressing toward recovery and wellness after higher levels of care. Her therapeutic style integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parenting Skills training, and Christian Counseling when aligned with a client’s preferences and treatment goals. Ashley has experience supporting individuals and families connected to adoption and foster care as well as those impacted by autism spectrum disorders. She believes in creating a safe, respectful environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward. Ashley earned her education from Oklahoma State University and Dallas Theological Seminary. Her clinical approach emphasizes both evidence-based care and genuine connection, helping clients develop practical solutions while honoring their unique experiences and values. Outside of her professional work, Ashley enjoys reading, listening to music, and anything related to The Lord of the Rings. She and her family also spend time working on their farm, caring for cattle, goats, chickens, and dogs.
