Sara Correll, LPC, NCC,
About Sara Correll (She/Her)
Helping adults across Texas navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence, Sara Correll provides compassionate, evidence-based individual therapy through LifeStance Health. She works with adults and older adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, and alcohol and drug use issues, helping each person develop practical strategies for lasting emotional wellness. Sara believes that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration. Sara is especially passionate about supporting individuals involved in court-ordered treatment and those managing current legal matters. She understands the complex emotional, behavioral, and life circumstances that can accompany these situations and provides a nonjudgmental environment where clients can work toward accountability, recovery, and personal growth. Her goal is to help clients identify strengths, build healthier coping skills, and create positive changes that support long-term success. Drawing from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Sara tailors treatment to each individual’s needs and goals. In addition to her primary areas of expertise, she offers support for ADHD, grief, later-life transitions, and other mental health concerns. She also works with populations including military veterans, first responders, and LGBTQ+ individuals, while offering additional specialties and therapeutic interventions to meet a wide range of needs. Sara earned degrees from Colorado Technical University and Capella University and has built her career around helping individuals make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives. Her clinical approach focuses on empowering clients with skills and insights that can improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and enhance overall quality of life. Outside of her professional work, Sara enjoys spending time with her family, participating in game nights, attending band events, and relaxing at home with her pets. A Colorado native, she loves being outdoors, whether walking, hiking, or exploring new trails. She also enjoys playing the piano, baking homemade bread, and creating diamond art.
