Dr. Fancy Patrick, PhD, LPC is a psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples (ages15+) in Texas navigate life challenges with a supportive and personalized approach to therapy. She became a therapist to provide a safe, nurturing space where people can work toward becoming the best version of themselves. Through individual therapy, couples/relational counseling, and substance use treatment, she assists clients in developing resilience, improving relationships, and achieving emotional well-being.

Dr. Patrick specializes in and enjoys working with athletes, HS/college students, adults, and seniors facing Sports/performance anxiety; Depression/grief; Relational/communication issues; Anxiety/Panic/stress management; Medical and physical challenges/illnesses; Mood disorders; Career/work issues; Body Image; Addiction/Substance; and Life transitions. She is able to provide compassionate care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

By integrating evidence-based interventions, she fosters growth, healing, and lasting change. She is inspired by the courage it takes to grow, heal, and transform, and she strives to offer a compassionate and supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, empowered, and understood. With expertise in Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Systemic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Faith-based counseling, Dr. Patrick offers a well-rounded therapeutic approach that respects diverse perspectives

During sessions with Dr. Patrick, you can expect a safe environment that is rooted in active listening, building trust, and exploring new perspectives and meanings together. Sessions are typically goal and insight-oriented, meaning the work may feel like peeling back layers-taking time to explore pattens, emotions, and experience to understand what is going on beneath the surface along with assigning small activities or “homework tasks” between sessions to help you practice what was discussed in session.

Rather than focusing on a single modality, Dr. Patrick emphasizes being fully present, creating a meaningful connection, and tailoring each session to meet her client’s unique needs. Her approach combines compassion, insight, and collaboration to help you move forward and achieve your desired growth. Dr. Patrick’s role is to be a supportive partner on your journey, helping you uncover insights and solutions that align with your unique needs and goals.

“Whether you are looking to process past experiences, heal from trauma, or simply find clarity and balance, I am here to walk with you on your journey toward faith, hope, and wellness. If you’re ready to navigate these challenges and find a way forward, I am here to support you. Let’s work together to ease the weight you’ve been carrying and create the life you want. Take the first step today—reach out and let’s get started.”

After losing my hubby to cancer & my mom to dementia, life has been very difficult for me the last 4-6 years. About 2-3 months or so ago, I started counseling with Dr. Francesca Patrick. I am so blessed to have her be part of my life. She listens attentively to my conversations with so much energy. I have learned so much from her on how to handle my triggers & how to handle them in a calm manner. Finally, I am looking forward to spending my holidays with my loved ones. This year, I decorated for the occasions with happiness, laughter and joy. Thank you, Dr. Patrick.
