My therapist was a great listener. I trust that virtual counseling will never be a part of MY therapy. I've carefully read the reviews of Life Stance and must say, I'm on high alert. I will expect the highest of standards with office staff as well as my personal therapist. I will expect prompt 48 hour notice of any cancelations as Life Stance expects from me. My medical insurance is as important as my insurance provider. I was impressed with.my therapist and she was as professional as I could expect. I have total trust in her care. I've definitely been impressed with my Psychiatrist. She's definitely professional and caring. I'm going in with my radar engaged because of the many one☆star feedbacks.

I started my journey in mental help here for psychiatric help and I was assigned to Ms. Victoria Etoh. She has been such a wonderful help in my life as the medications she provided me help with so much. We did have to do some trial and error when it came to which medications worked the best but ever since finding my current set of meds, I've been much happier, confident and breaking free from ptsd, depression, and anxiety. This would also be the case because I started therapy (some place else for insurance reasons), but Ms. Victoria has been great for me. Thank you!!

The front desk is always very pleasant whether it’s face-to-face or over the phone and I would definitely recommend Victoria Walter Etoh. I haven’t Been a patient for very long, but she shows up very professionally with a friendly face and calm open demeanor that makes you feel realistic about expectations In a way that isn’t discouraging, but encouraging! I would definitely recommend checking her out! You should expect a wait, but the waiting room is always full when I go in person. So, it really doesn’t seem like they’re dillydallying.
