Heather believes in fostering resilience and self-awareness through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Couples/Marital Counseling, and Family Therapy. She supports her clients in understanding the root causes of their struggles and empowers them to make positive changes in their lives. Heather serves a diverse population, including first responders, military veterans, and women, as well as adolescents and adults. She is experienced in addressing issues related to substance abuse, psychosis, and schizophrenia, offering thoughtful guidance and evidence-based treatments to help clients achieve long-term recovery and emotional well-being. Heather’s work in couples therapy also allows her to help clients build stronger, more fulfilling relationships by addressing communication barriers and fostering mutual understanding.

Outside of her professional practice, Heather enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, and being with family and friends. She also loves listening to music, watching movies, and volunteering in her community. Heather continues to serve clients throughout Texas, drawing on her extensive experience to support individuals and families on their paths to healing and personal growth.

I arrived and was met with a a courteous , very knowledgeable person. The atmosphere was calming and quiet. Heather my counselor was compassionate and very knowledgeable. Took my referral really quickly and was able to make an appointment the next day. Love my therapist so far, building is clean and staff seems nice. Would recommend! Incase you get lost it’s building 6! 😂
