About Kristel Zoller (She/Her)
Kristel Zoller, LPC, helps adults and seniors navigate emotional challenges, strengthen relationships, and build practical skills for lasting well-being. At LifeStance Health in Texas, she provides individual, group, and couples therapy for adults ages 18 and older, creating a compassionate environment where patients can explore concerns and work toward meaningful change. Kristel works with patients experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, along with additional mental health and life concerns. Kristel approaches therapy with clinical insight and genuine care, helping patients identify patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and move forward with greater confidence and resilience. Kristel completed her education at Texas Tech University and Wayland Baptist University. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys live music and dog training.
