About Stephen Samet (He/Him)

Earned Master’s Degree in Counseling & Student Services, with a Minor in Psychology. I spent 6 years as Director of Personnel for Goodwill Dallas; 31 summers as Counselor and Director for a 400-acre children’s ranch camp; 29 years as a Professor/Counselor for the Alamo Colleges; 2 years as the Personal Counselor for a Charter school; 1 year as a Contract Counselor; and, I am presently employed as a Therapist with LifeStance in San Antonio.

I have always enjoyed coaching and counseling teens. I have spent the last 9 Springs as the Commissioner of a Spurs Youth Basketball League. I enjoy the fine arts and special cultural events. On weekends, I enjoy touring the Hill Country in Central Texas.
