Rebeca Meyer, LPC,
About Rebeca Meyer (She/Her)
Rebeca Meyer helps teens, adults, and older adults throughout Texas navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and practical strategies that support meaningful growth and emotional well-being. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy and couples therapy for those experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief, and other mental health challenges. Rebeca is committed to creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make lasting changes. A significant focus of Rebeca’s work is helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. She understands that emotional struggles can affect every aspect of life, from relationships and work to physical health and self-confidence. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based techniques, she works collaboratively with clients to identify obstacles, build resilience, and develop effective coping skills. Rebeca also offers additional support for a variety of mental health concerns and life transitions. Rebeca is especially passionate about supporting individuals facing women’s issues, reproductive challenges, and postpartum depression or anxiety. She recognizes the unique emotional experiences that can accompany major life changes and works to help clients navigate these transitions with greater confidence, self-compassion, and emotional balance. Her approach is tailored to each person’s needs, helping them reconnect with their strengths while developing practical tools for everyday life. In addition to her clinical work, Rebeca enjoys reading, creative writing, journaling, crafts, kayaking, and gardening. These interests reflect her appreciation for creativity, reflection, and personal growth, values that also influence her therapeutic approach. Rebeca earned her education from Wellesley College and Dallas Theological Seminary. She also offers services in Spanish, helping expand access to mental health care for a broader range of individuals and families.
