Angel Zervos, MS, LPC,
About Angel Zervos (She/Her)
Angel Zervos, LPC, helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults across Virginia navigate life’s emotional and behavioral challenges with evidence-based, compassionate care. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at LifeStance Health, she provides individual, couples, and family therapy tailored to each stage of life. Her clinical approach supports those experiencing anxiety, ADHD, and trauma-related concerns, while also addressing depression, relationship stressors, and life transitions. Patients in Virginia seeking practical tools and lasting change benefit from her structured, supportive style. Angel has particular experience working with children and adolescents, including those navigating school difficulties, behavioral challenges, and emotional regulation. She also supports teens and adults through complex transitions and interpersonal issues. Her work extends to select populations such as individuals with autism spectrum disorders, first responders, and military or veteran communities, offering care that respects their unique experiences and needs. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with additional modalities as appropriate. Angel also offers psychological testing to better understand cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning, helping guide accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment planning. She emphasizes skill-building, resilience, and helping clients develop insight that translates into everyday life. Outside of her clinical work, Angel enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring new places.
