My approach to therapy is to meet you where you are. I provide a space where you can show up as your true self, and work collaboratively towards a healthier, more fulfilling life. I work to create a safe, non-judgement environment where you can process the past so that you can develop long lasting tools for your future. We explore how identity, environment, and upbringing often influence unhelpful behaviors. I help you discover that you can be an instrument of change in your life – breaking cycles that impede your ability to have a better tomorrow.
I have experience working with individuals/families who have been impacted by substance use/abuse. My specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy challenge you to face some tough truths at times. That is my passion – working with individuals, couples, and families, discovering with them all that they can become.
