About Naishay Blackwell (She/Her)
Naishay Blackwell helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and practical tools for growth. As a Marriage & Family Therapist with LifeStance Health, she provides therapy services to individuals, couples, and families throughout Virginia. She creates a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore concerns, build resilience, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Naishay has a strong clinical focus on PTSD and trauma, helping clients process difficult experiences and move forward with greater confidence and emotional well-being. She understands that trauma can affect every area of life, including relationships, self-esteem, and daily functioning. Her approach is grounded in helping clients feel safe, heard, and empowered as they work through challenges and develop healthier coping strategies. She is also passionate about supporting individuals experiencing women’s issues and helping couples strengthen their relationships. Whether clients are navigating life transitions, communication difficulties, relationship concerns, or the effects of past experiences, Naishay works collaboratively to identify goals and create a personalized path forward. In addition to these areas of expertise, she offers support for additional emotional and behavioral health concerns. Her therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Couples/Marital Counseling, and Family Therapy. She believes therapy should be tailored to each client’s unique needs and strives to provide care that is both clinically effective and deeply compassionate. Outside of her professional life, Naishay enjoys traveling, exploring makeup artistry, listening to music, attending concerts, and reading. These interests help her stay balanced, creative, and connected to the diverse experiences that shape people’s lives. Through LifeStance Health, Naishay is committed to providing high-quality mental health care for individuals, couples, and families across Virginia. She welcomes clients seeking support for trauma, women’s issues, relationship concerns, and other mental health challenges.
