Anthony is especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating ADHD, alcohol and drug use issues, and life transitions. Whether someone is facing challenges related to focus and organization, working toward recovery from substance use concerns, or adjusting to major changes in adulthood, midlife, or later life, he provides a supportive environment that promotes insight, growth, and sustainable progress. He believes that meaningful change happens when people are empowered to better understand themselves and develop tools that align with their values. His therapeutic approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and grounded in proven clinical methods. Anthony incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while also drawing from additional evidence-based interventions when appropriate. He works with adults from diverse backgrounds, including military veterans, first responders, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Since beginning his clinical practice in 2013, Anthony has helped individuals navigate a broad range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. He earned degrees from The University of Texas at Arlington and the University of Maryland Global Campus, providing a strong foundation for his work in mental health counseling and psychotherapy. Outside of his clinical practice, Anthony enjoys philosophy and studying ideas that help people become the best version of themselves. His curiosity about personal growth and human potential helps inform the thoughtful, reflective approach he brings to therapy.
