I absolutely LOVE using Lifestance! When I found it, it was so easy to pick a therapist and set up my profile. My provider, Dr. Karakus is literally a God send! And I can easily contact her through my portal & she always gets back to me so quickly! The virtual visits make my life so much easier & me way less stressed & anxious. My Dr. Karakus is up is like an hour away, but for the mandatory yearly in person appointment they just set to to a different Lifestance provider that was local so I didnt have to drive so far. They really help patients and make the experience so easy and stress free. My therapist also prescribes & monitors my meds & she is so helpful walking me through any concerns or questions I have. Up to this point at least I've had nothing but great interactions with them. I even RECCOMEND them to my sister when she had to switch doctors, & she found a great provider to help with her specific needs. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!

Wonderful practice, setting up my first appointment was easy - one phone call. The website for filling in forms is a little tricky on an iPhone. Once I moved to a computer no issues with the forms resetting or auto saving empty. My first appointment with Dr. Sule Karakus was seamless. She was able to identify and target what I need help with. I’m looking forward to our next appointment and excited for the treatment plan we have in place. Also, thank you for providing telehealth.

Highly recommend! Saw Dr. Liu on Telehealth and she was amazing and listened to my concerns. Appointments feel more like psychotherapy than just only medication management unless that is your treatment plan and have a therapist set up. I heard from a friend who sees Dr. Schack that he provides amazing services and education for his patients.

This company is top notch. I have used them several times and they have never let me down. All the staff, from the guy who takes your request to the drivers who pick up your vehicle are always professional, courteous and most importantly personable. This is a great company with really good psychiatrists. I can't see enough about mine and the fact that you can do it remotely is incredible so you don't have to settle on ones that are in town that you don't like so it's really it's a really great thing. Thanks, lifestance
