Mindfulness Prescription For Adults Group Therapy in Washington

Group Focus:
Join our Mindfulness for ADHD group—a supportive space designed specifically for adults with ADHD. Together, we’ll practice mindfulness techniques tailored to your unique brain, helping to improve focus, working memory, self-acceptance, and emotional balance. Mindfulness is like a workout for your brain, strengthening your ability to navigate daily challenges with greater ease. Come connect, learn, and grow in a welcoming environment!
Participants: Adults, 18+, any gender, with an ADHD diagnosis and living in Washington
When: Virtual on Tuesdays from 12 to 1:15 p.m., starting May 27, 2025 and lasting eight sessions
Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted in Washington

Facilitator:
Mindy Perry is a licensed clinical social worker who has been in practice since 1998. She has a background in inpatient psychiatric, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient program, and outpatient therapy.
