For adults with ADHD, group therapy can offer a consistent space to reinforce successful strategies, gain support and encouragement, and learn new coping techniques.
Adult ADHD 12-Week Skills Group
This evidence-based group teaches practical strategies for managing ADHD symptoms using cognitive-behavioral techniques. Participants will learn how to address common challenges faced by adults with ADHD.
Topics and skills include:
- Using a calendar effectively
- Managing a to-do list and following through on tasks
- Estimating time more accurately
- Maintaining organization
- Planning and executing projects
- Managing overwhelming emotions
Participants: Adults 18+, all genders, and with concerns related to ADHD
Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted in Washington
When: In‑person on Tuesdays from 6 to 7:30 p.m., starting May 19 and ending August 11, 2026.
Facilitator:
Mindy Perry is a licensed clinical social worker who has been in practice since 1998. She has a background in inpatient psychiatric, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient program, and outpatient therapy.
