ADHD Life Tools Group in Vancouver, Washington
This supportive, evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) group is designed for neurodivergent adults seeking practical tools to better manage daily demands.
Group Overview:
Whether you’re struggling with time management, staying organized, or feeling overwhelmed by frustration or shame, this group offers a space to build skills and confidence alongside others who get it. Each session includes guided practice and take-home strategies to help you integrate what you learn into real life.
Participants will learn how to:
• Manage time more effectively with tools tailored to how your brain works
• Break down tasks and plan ahead without feeling overwhelmed
• Stay organized in a way that’s sustainable and personalized
• Cope with the intense emotions (like anxiety, frustration, or shame) that often accompany executive functioning challenges
• Build self-compassion and reduce internalized judgment
Participants: Adults 18+ with ADHD
Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted in Washington
When: In-person on on Tuesdays from 6:15 to 7:30 p.m., starting September 2 and ending November 18
Facilitators:
Mindy Perry is a licensed clinical social worker who has been in practice since 1998. She has a background in inpatient psychiatric, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient program, and outpatient therapy.
