Lifestance may be a huge corporate, nationwide company, but the office I go to and the therapist I see feel anything but corporate. My therapist is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, supportive and helpful. I feel connected to her, in a healthy therapeutic way, and she is always available via phone if needed. Therapists are harder to find these days and Lifestance has quite a “stable” to choose from. I highly recommend them and they accept just about every insurance plan. Thank you, Sarah!

I started with lifestance over two years ago, I see my own therapist and a marriage therapist. Adam and Mindy have been out of this work amazing. I have been going through the toughest challenges n my life, both Adam and Mindy have given me the tools and knowledge to not only work through these times but change the way I respond. I feel that my service is very friendly, and considerate. I feel that I'm not just a another "number" I have built great trust and I put forth effort into my sessions, and I hope that lifestance can continue to set this motto to everyone. To all people who suffer from mental illness, we are not just a number. We're human beings who are in need of kindness, compassion and most importantly understanding.

I feel very comfortable here The office staff are professional and courteous and made it easy to check in. I have very positive feelings about my future treatment with the therapist. She was easy to get acquainted with and made me feel very comfortable. I believe we had a good repore and connected very well.due to her skills and experience. I look forward to working with her.

Incredibly glad I contacted Lifestance and got set up with the providers I did. I've been suffering with PTSD and other issues for most of my life and it got to a point where everyday felt like an unbearable challenge to get through. Thanks to my psych team and the wonders of EMDR therapy I am finally starting to feel like myself again. I can't recommend them enough.

I had a great experience with my provider this morning. Even though I was distracted and running late for my Zoom appointment, I was promptly contacted with a reminder, which I really appreciated. My provider listens carefully and genuinely seems to understand my circumstances. I feel supported, and it’s clear she is working with me to help me find balance again.
